The following workout is going to stimulate your nervous system and help you improve your balance, posture and explosiveness. It addresses foot and ankle strength, which is integral not only to athletics but to daily life as well. This workout will also help you build speed strength, which is one of the most important assets of a dominant athlete.

Please note that this workout is fun, but it is not easy. It will challenge you, but you will feel invigorated.

You can do this workout every day, and if you're really active you can do it before you go out and do other exercises. If you don't have the time to do this every day, try doing it three times a week–you'll notice a difference in no time.

Coordination, exceptional core strength, neuromuscular control, balance and dynamic flexibility play a key role in most sports. In honor of summer sports such as swimming and surfing as well as the World Cup we have created a workout that will enhance all of these qualities. Get a friend and do this workout five or six times this week and you will notice significant improvement.
