Sport Science Lab started as a training facility for elite athletes in San Juan Capistrano, CA. At this facility our master trainer Gavin MacMillan trains kids, aspiring athletes, rehabbing adults and elite athletes together. Having experienced great success on all levels, we set out to spread our training methods to a global audience.

About our Training Methodology
The Sport Science Lab athletic training methodology—Neuromuscular Intensification System—will maximize the performance of every athlete or fitness seeker, regardless of genetic gifts. To describe our methods as unique is a serious understatement. The programs and exercises are the result of four decades of research and anecdotal evidence.
Our protocols are as varied as the people we train.
One of our secrets is to find weaknesses in the body through our proprietary evaluation process. Like a chain, an athlete is only as strong as his/her weakest link. We target and correct these weak links, achieving rapid performance improvement.
