Hip Rotators
Your hip rotators are very important in stabilization and lateral movement. Failing to train your hip rotators can put a lot of extra pressure on your knees. We see many ACL tears because of weak hips. When the hips are week it causes the knees to takes on the pressure and torque and it results in an ACL tear.

you can lay over the ball in the prone position with your pelvis in the middle of the all. ONe leg is on the ground while the other one is bent. move the bent leg in and out dropping the leg from one side to the other. You willl probably need to use ankle weights for resistance. Practice with full range of motion slowly then increase with speed.
a video would be great
besides the hip twist exercise and the aquatic hip rotations, what others can help train the hip rotators?
