Hypertraining Your Core

Your core consists of your low abs, obliques, and spine. You have to hypertrain these if you want to be a great athlete. The core has a tremendous effect in sports. They must be able to withstand the force that your legs and arms produce. Think about hitting a baseball or softball for a moment. The rotational power and torque that your obliques generate is very important. If they are weak, so is your swing.
