I Wanna Be That Big Toe!
It's amazing to think that in all sports our feet are in constant contact with the ground. Our feet carry our entire body weight and yet we do little to train them. Training the feet starts with the big toe. You want your big toe to be the thumb of your foot.
For an athlete, if you miss the foot, you are not maximizing your athleticism. Pushing off and rotational power are all created by your big toe and then move up the rest of your body. If your toes and feet are strong then the rest of your body can be strong too.
