Plyometrics, Isokinetics and Water
Water, water, everywhere...sorry I won't go there, but it is worth noting about 70 percent of the earth is covered by water. Our bodies are made up of about 70 percent water. While it's true that water is an invaluable resource to our survival, it can also be an invaluable training tool.
Our AquaKinetic Training dramatically increases the strength and speed of your entire body in a safe environment. One thing I still haven't done. I think I'm going to have to do the guest thing at the Y so I can experience!
Best thing I ever did for rehabbing my hip (well next to starting ssl) was getting the water workout gear. After nine years of everyday pain this has almost brought me completely back to normal. The strength in my hips now is ridiculous compared to before I started. My hip rotators were practically non-existent, now I dare you to test them. I love the water workout!!!!!!!
