Best method for concentric and excentric exercices ?

Hi,
In SSL methodology, in muscular strength or/and restorative trainings, what is the best method for the exercices with concentric and excentric portions ? For example, if I do squats (without weight) on a wobble board, what is the best : several series of several repetitions ? One serie until I lose form ? One minuted serie ? Other way ? Or it's no important ?
