1 Mile Repeats x 3

Aerobic endurance is a critical component in sports. Our mile repeats are a great way to build your aerobic endurance.

Procedure: 

Run a mile in your best time. Rest for two minutes and then run your second mile in your best time. Rest for two minutes after you finish your second mile and then do your third mile. Finish your third mile in your best time.

Run a mile in your best time. Rest for two minutes and then run your second mile in your best time. Rest for two minutes after you finish your second mile and then do your third mile. Finish your third mile in your best time.

* Try to build your endurance so that you can complete each mile in 7 minutes or less.

Tips: 

Make sure that you are properly hydrated before you do any type of conditioning.
