HomeAquaKinetic Criss Cross
AquaKinetic Criss Cross
The AquaKinetic Training is isokinetic in nature because it matches your resistance in all ranges of motion. AquaKinetic is a safe way to build strength, stimulate the nervous system and increase flexibility and improve your speed.
The AquaKinetic Criss Cross will not only help improve the range of motion in your hips, it will help strengthen them as well.
Procedure:
Sit on the edge of the pool. Place your hands behind you for stability.
Slightly bend your knee. Your fins should be in the water, your knee on the surface.
Point your toes.
Cross your legs in front of you and then behind. Repeat this action slowly at first to get form.
Once you have the form then you can work on increasing your speed.
Tips:
- If you use them, try to get the AquaKinetic Fins as close to touching each other when you criss-cross as you can
- After perfecting the motion, and increasing speed, add the Nervous System Component to this exercise
