Aquatic Arm Circles

Aquatic Arm Circles help develop full range of motion in your arms. It uses rapidly imposed loads to enhance muscle and tissue integrity, which include tendons and ligaments.

Procedure: 

Stand upright with your knees slightly bent.  Your arms are in a lateral position away from your body. You're going to move your hand in a circular motion, changing the range of motion from as small as possible to as large as possible. once you establish the basic movement pattern then reverse direction. As you become comfortable with the movement pattern you should increase the speed of the movement as much as possible.
