Distance Run

Aerobic endurance is required in most sports. Distance running will enhance your aerobic threshold.

I believe it's jogging or yogging. it might be a soft j. I'm not sure but apparently you just run for an extended period of time. It's supposed to be wild.
Procedure: 

If the distance to run isn't specified elsewhere then run for two miles. Complete the distance at the quickest pace that you can.

Tips: 

Make sure that you are properly hydrated before you do any type of running or conditioning work.
