Five Minute Abs

Having strong abdominal muscles is critcal in athletics as well in life. If your abs are strong, your posture improves and you tend to have fewer back problems.

Procedure: 

Lay flat on your back. Place your hands palm side down at a 45 degree angle from your sides. Lift both legs straight up in the air to create a 90 degree angle. Lower your right leg while the left leg remains straight. Bring your right leg up and then lower your left leg. You have completed one rep once you have lowered your right and left leg.

Tips: 

Press your hands into the ground to stabilize your body.

The ultimate goal is to go for 5 minutes without resting.
