Full Speed Ahead

Our running mechanics series teaches you to run on the balls of your feet and toes. We simulate every possible movement pattern that you could ever be asked to do under duress of sports. We try to condition the movement pattern as much as possible, making it a conditioned reflex.

Procedure: 

Do this exercise twice, leading with your left foot once and your right foot once.
