Hands in Rice
Twisting your hands in a bucket of rice is a fantastic way to strengthen your fingers, hands and forearms which help you in any sport that you have to use your hands.
Procedure:
Fill a washing bucket or large pasta pot with rice. Take both hands with fingers spread and thrust them into the bucket of rice. As your hands are entering the rice, twist them and reverse them. Take your hands out and repeat. Do this for five minutes every other day.
