Leg Band Stretches

Leg Band Stretching dynamically strengthens the muscles in your legs.

Procedure: 

Each form of this exercise should be done once. Do each form equally for both sides of your body.

Tips: 

If you don't have a partner to help, use a doorjamb or other solid object. If you need to anchor the band, be sure it is solidly anchored before putting it under pressure.
