Leg Lunges

Leg Lunges are a fantastic way to enhance the strength in your legs.

Procedure:

Place the exercise ball behind you. Bend your right knee and place the tops of your right toes on top of the exercise ball. Raise your arms over your head.

Straighten your right leg as you push the ball behind you. This will cause your left leg to bend. Rise up and repeat. Once you lose form, switch legs and repeat the process.

Tips:

•You need to be barefoot. This will help awake the propriceptors in your feet.
•If you're not able to do a lunge you can use a wall or poles for balance.
•Keep your upper body straight.
•Once you start to find your balance, start to do the squats faster.
•Variation: Hold a Training Bell over your head you do your lunges.

Re: Leg Lunges

Yes, you can but you might want to start by using the poles. It's pretty tricky to get the hang of it but once you do, it's great.

Re: Leg Lunges
