Loaded Hamstring Stretch

The Loaded Hamstring Stretch will dynamically stretch and strengthen your hamstrings.

Procedure: 

Place two 1' tall plyo boxes about shoulder-width apart. Using any kind of hand weight, stretch down to the ground. Repeat to load and stretch the hamstrings. Start with lighter weights.

Tips: 

Move the boxes closer together for a more challenging and dynamic stretch. Be careful to not bend your legs.
