One Foot Cones

Part of the Sport Science Lab Running Mechanics series.

Procedure: 

Set your cones about two feet apart. Beginners should set barriers only a few inches off the ground, raise them higher as you advance.

Jump on one leg only over every successive barrier. Switch legs and repeat.
