Running Nowhere Fast
A challenging expansion on Leg Lifts
Procedure:
Lay on your back, with your arms open and your legs together. Perform a full leg lift, moving your legs back in a wide arc. You can repeat this motion, or integrate the more challenging scissors component.
With your legs back over your head, execute a scissors motion, getting your legs as close to perpendicular from the ground as you can. You must keep your lower body stable during this motion.
Tips:
Controlling the position of your hips is the challenge of this exercise
Have a friend hold his/her hand above your hips, giving you a target to hit with your legs when performing scissors
On the leg lift portion, stop your feet from hitting the ground when they go above your head

I know this as the Rollover. Nice to see Pilates making it's way into the SSL exercise quiver. I know I have seen some reformers in some SSL gym pics as well. How are those incorporated into the methodology?
