Triceps Extensions

Triceps Extensions dynamically enhance the strength of your triceps. It is excellent for nervous system training because it involves the proper alternation of muscular tension and relaxation in the phases of movement as well as high nervous system stimulation.

Procedure: 

Staring position is feet staggered with knees bent and shoulders below the surface of the water. Arms extended behind you as far as possible. Bring your arms forward quickly and  reverse. As you become comfortable with the movement pattern increase the speed of the movement as much as possibl

Tips: 

Advanced Nervous System Component- move the arms in short, quick "fluttering" movements during the complete exercise motion. The purpose is to get the nervous system firing at its highest rate of speed. The short quick motion accomplishes that.
