Two Arm Push-Ups on an Exercise Ball

These push-ups are great for working your chest muscles, core and improving your balance. Get a friend and see who can do the most in the least amount of time.

Procedure:

Take your shoes off and drape the front of your body over a gymnastics ball. Your chest should be touching the ball. Stimulate your nervous system by shaking out your hands. Picture yourself shaking off mittens or brushing a spider off off you. Now place your hands out outside of your chest. Your fingers should be facing forward. Lift your body off the ball. Lower your body back down and touch your chest against the ball. Do as many as reps as you can.

Tips:

Focus on engaging your abs throughout the entire exercise.

This exercise not only trains the chest and arms but the instability of the ball strengthens the core everywhere and improves balance.

For a greater challenge, move your feet closer together some days and wider apart on other days.
