Two Foot Toe Raises

Foot strength is essential for balance and success in sports.  Two Foot Raises help to strengthen the muscles in your feet, especially your toes.

Procedure: 

Keep your feet together. Raise up on the balls of your feet and toes. Maintain this position as long as you can, up to four minutes.

Tips: 

Do not use anything to maintain balance. When you lose form, move on to the next exercise.
