I noticed the recent blog posts Fiji water is identified as the best bottled water. It may well be the best water but the company and government behind it are not. Below is a link to one of many articles exposng the truth behind the marketing.

Additionally, those who have the option should consider in-home filters rather than buying water packaged in plastic and shipped all over the globe.

Whole Foods and Trader Joes have coconut water in LA. You can order online as well.

Hey I agree about the excess packaging = increased pollution and that we would best serve ourselves and planet by getting a quality filter. Got to read this article about the marketing and everything though.

Where the heck do you get coconut water? I can find coconut milk but I have never seen the water.

Yeah, coconut water is really great. I use it extensively after rids and runs. Funny enough, the first time I tried it was in Fiji, fresh off the tree. :)

I've got to try coconut water...i went to th steelers training camp last summer and Troy was chugging it down! I've recently switched to coconut oil and it is great with all foods and there are so many health benefits to it.
