Training SSL to a class

Suppose you'd like to train SSL to a class of 15 students.
Any ideas on how you can do this with limited SSL equipment?
Since SSL is "till form fails" type of exercise, which is different for everyone, I'm trying to determine whether it can be taught to a class or not.
Would you agree that's it's a more 1 on 1 type of workout.

Re: Training SSL to a class
say you have 15 people.
and all the equipment you have is:
2 discs
2 pipes
1 jump rope
1 slant board
1 ball
2 handbells
with this equipment you can have 5 people doing an exercise at once.
the other 10 people can be split into 2 groups.
1 group can be doing some sort of body weight excercise like a push-up or a bodyweight plank, or toe stands, or standing pogos or jumping jacks on their toes.
the 2nd group can be doing some mtn climbers or a short sprint, or some sort of footwork drill.
so it would look like this:
each group does each station for 60 seconds allow 30 seconds to rotate:
5 people on SSL equipment
5 people on push ups
5 people doing mtn climbers
then rotate this sequence 5 times.
people will be pretty tired and they will have worked their whole body and have gotten the benefit of SSL training.
---but honestly, i wouldn't take ppl into a bootcamp until they trained with me 3 times alone. I'd want a group that was at least a little skilled with SSL methods.
Re: Training SSL to a class
I am coaching football. I have a group of about 15 kids so I break them up into groups. I have one group doing disks, slant boards, and pipes. Then I have another group doing ballistic ball workout. I first started out slow letting them learn the basics on the slant board, disks, and pipes. They got it fairly fast, so now I am focusing on the ball work since it takes more time to teach and master. So far so good. Biggest problem is having all the equipment. I spent $$ to get what I needed but I found some website that teach how to make disks.
Re: Training SSL to a class
I just started up my ssl class here in simi valley last week. Most of my athletes have school, home work or practice so I am limited to time and days. Tues I had 10 kids,Thurs 12, and sat like 4 showed. I only have about 3 sets of all the equipment. I set them all up in stations. Since all of them are real new to this style of training i'm not to worried about any specific order. I just want them to learn the fundamentals of it. I have them rotate stations.I have some cones set up for there running mechanics, disc, slant board, pipes, jump ropes and a pool all in my back yard and its working perfect. I was even able to take them all through their 23 point evaluation at the same time. I'm really thinking this is how most of my training is going to have to take place until summer.
Re: Training SSL to a class
Here's a suggestion to the SSL staff:
some potential affiliates, such as myself , are/would be interested in workouts we can share with a group of people at a time. If you could come up with exercises that involve (stations, circuit training) or things of that sort that could be performed by a group of people. If the exercise methodology can support this concept, it could really help some affiliates start off.
A group class enviornment with limited SSL equipment is more practical for some affiliates than 1-1 training. I would consider having various stations set up, but the only tricky thing is "do till form fails" concept which different people would do at different times.
