aquakinetic training

I have been doing the aquakinetic training, but I have a few questions?
1. How many days a week should I do aquakinetic training?
2. Should I do as many reps as possible until I lose my form?
3. After I do every exercise as mentioned above, should I repeat every exercise while performing the fluttering component for speed?
4. Is it a good idea to include punches and kick combos in the water for a sport specific mma component?

Re: aquakinetic training
Conceptually, this system looks much like the aquakinetics training offered here, complete with fins and those bells (I don't know the technical term for it). The video was purely sensationalistic. I'm sure they actually have some kind of rhyme and reason to their system. I could see it being regressive only if the movement patterns aren't conducive to the biomechanical specificity of the sport and/or athlete.
Re: aquakinetic training
i see a lot about aqualogixs and they have a lot crazy different instruments they use it all most seems like to much is what they do the same as what you guys teach with your aquakinetic training i don't when i watch it i almost feel it regresses sport's specific training it feels like it's more show
Re: aquakinetic training
Where can we pick up the fins? They aren't available in the SSL store
Thanks,

Re: aquakinetic training
if it helps you any I throw punches and kick i even have sparring sessions in the water and a sparring session in the water is hell only once a week do i recommend you do that it is a extremely taxing i do 3 x5 minute rounds
Re: aquakinetic training
when should I do the fluttering and when should I do the regular? I have been doing the regular, then I go back and do every exercise with the fluttering component. Is that what I should do?
