How do you cut weight by a particular date?
Can you discuss methodology of how long it takes, what to consume, "do's" and "donts"?

I've heard that a diet of strictly raw vegetables will help cut weight while keeping the body out of starvation mode (crashing blood sugars and all that). What are you cutting weight for?

Armen, if you go low carbs, eat bananas: they'll replenish the potassium your body needs to function which you usually get from carbs

cutting weight can be pretty simple depending the time frame 2 months is more then enough time to cut up 30 pounds diet is Key limiting and switching is important also to consume a lot of water through the first month 3 week stretch you want to save the last week of the event to cute 10-5 pounds you never want to cut more then that you never want to cut more than 5 pound really before the day of the event
