Everyday training camp

I love everyday training camp routine, I will start it tomorrow since I am between fights. My one question is how can I incorperate the upper body aquakinetics? It seems like some of the workouts lack some upperbody exercises. Also, I still go to mma practice 3-4 days a week where we spar, drill and condition. How can I fit all of this in, or should I cut some out?
On a different note are push-ups and pull-ups, and climbing a rope not good for mma training?

Re: Everyday training camp
well i'll just leave food for thought the best upper body anything a fighter can do in the water is punching and i'll leave it at that i'll try and have something on the way
Re: Everyday training camp
i would love for you to perfect a workout, please include pool workouts or aquakinetic because I have access to a pool.
Re: Everyday training camp
i love ropes and plyometric push ups i'll make a work out for fighters that show you how to train your upper body as to what i feel the proper way
Re: Everyday training camp
check out some of my other exercises the focus of everyday training camp is to produce a better athlete as a fighter not so much as to increase absolute strength in one part of the body my work outs focus a lot on the core, spine, and lower body because these are the areas that produces the body's force these areas generate the most power and are the most practical to train as a fighter in my opinion i can put together another work out if you like or routine all together but each work out has specific focus to increase functionality in a an certain area as a fighter not a body part or general area of the body
