Is the content on the Instructional DVDs (available through store) the same as the content (Exercises/workouts) Elite Members can see on this site?
I'm just wondering if there is more content on the DVDs than this site or vice versa?
Yes. The only difference I noted is the Ballistic Ball DVD includes a Q&A session with Gavin. No difference for Foundational Footwork DVD.
