Hey i want to learn about movement patterns for different sports. Can someone help me with the correct firing sequence for running, sprinting, jumping as well as other sports?
Since we are training our nervous system with the ballwork and foot work it would be great to work on the correct firing sequence of the muscles to maximize our movement.

Re: movement patterns
well every movement in the library is teaching the proper firing sequence of the muscles the procedures are to explain that, that's why your to go through the movements slow and speed them up so your body learns the proper firing sequence from the FF to the water kinetics each movement teaches your body how to fire and move properly it's then up to you to apply that to your sport, the running mechanics definitely do this
Re: movement patterns
I'm sure SSL will weigh in on this but the whole point of SSL is to train proper movement patterns including proper muscle firing sequence. You simply need to do the program to ingrain these patterns into your CNS. There's no additional work necessary as far as I know.
