my body is evolving

as I continue to place myself through the sports labs method i find my body evolving in a way that is quite amazing but i find the method is evolving with my body every day i just create something new some new movement or my body discovers a different mechanic or gear it's like my muscles are playing out in ways that i never thought of there doing things almost instinctively it's weird since using th sport's labs methods i could always fight in orthodox and south paw with south paw being more dominant but now there the same and I can write with both hands i could never do that before and things i think i'm only scratching the surface

Re: my body is evolving

Great to hear the successful stories. I too have been having changes happen in my body that i can not explain other then the benefits of SSL training. I am not a basketball player by any means but i was making basketball type moves to the rim blowing by guys. I have never been able to do this so this was a shock. I was also amazed at how i was able to control my body in space and make shots with my left hand that i never could do before.
over the weekend i tried skiing for the first time and all of my friends could not believe that i was a beginner. They said i was the best beginner they had seen. once again i owe it to SSL
I can not wait to start playing hockey again to see how my body moves and reacts.

Re: my body is evolving

I still trip out on all of this everyday. I have been only doing the ball work, lots of ab work, plyos and aqua kinetic work. I'm still waiting for my footwork stuff so have not even incorporated that into my program yet. I"ll tell you in the last 6months i think I've dropped like 5%bf by just changing my program up. I feel a hundred times more powerful out of my gate starts at the bmx track. Everything seems to be working more fluid and relaxed. My skills are even getting better on the track. I find my self doing stuff now that i have tried to do for years and could never get it down smooth. Now i can go and get that same line down perfect 10 out of 10 times. all at 30 years old. who ever said old dogs cant learn new tricks.

Re: my body is evolving

yeah that's what I've been thinking I've only been doing plyometrics and the foundational footwork and what ever i can with the balls and hand bells I've never done the water work or used the machines so it kind of makes me wonder how far my body can go

Re: my body is evolving

is there a ceiling on how far i can go or what level my body can reach is what i'm asking
