I play futsal and I have training at the club 3-4 times a week and games on Friday or Saturday ... so I am interested in what training to do, how many times a week and which days?
You can do Foundational Footwork and the Ballistic Ball nearly every day without any real risk of over training. Start there and then add more workouts depending on how you feel.

You can also add the water workout routine and it will keep you fresh and healthy.
