Supercat

I have a machine that is very similar to the supercat. I have searched for a routine on the SSL website as well as other online sites and have not been able to find anything. Does any have a full body routines? And how often a week should I do it?

Re: Supercat

this post was way before i went to the sports lab

Re: Supercat

Be careful doing plyos on a machine that isn't exactly the supercat. There are many machines out there similar, but unless the plates load on a lever arm on the back of the machine I wouldnt recommend using it like a supercat. I would also recommend that anyone interested in doing plyos starts with the foundational footwork and ballistic ballwork as well as learning proper jumping mechanics. Plyos can be dangerous if not done with these prerequisites.

Re: Supercat

Thanks. I will give them a shot.

Re: Supercat

I have no idea what the name is but it was originally intended to do squats and standing calve raises. I modified the platform so you can jump, lay or place a bench/swiss ball on it. It uses free weight and has a similar movement to a Supercat. Now I just need a routine to give it a legitimate try.

Re: Supercat

i don't know about a routine but i'll always wanted to try these

Re: Supercat
