on the evaluation i was able to take the stick and raise it alway to the point where my shoulders turned over and the stick touched my back is this being to flexible

I would say as long as you continue to do the footwork, ballwork, and pool you will be just fine especially for your sport im sure its not that bad to have that range of motion as long as you have strength throughout it

On another note, thanks so much for posting the mini evaluation. I am very interested in the assessment portion of SSL. It was helpful and interesting as well. I like having objective parameters to assess/test from. Very cool subject material, would love to see or hear more of it.

i keep my hands down the whole time and never release my grip through the whole movement. yeah i was just as shocked as you guys is being double jointed bad because with my ankles i can turn them in odd angels as well is this bad being double jointed?

Hmmm, that seems impossible. Did you keep your hands gripped around the stick, palms down throughout the whole movement? It seems like you might have released your grip somewhat in order to get that ROM.
