Exercises that target spinal stabilization

I have a relative who has 4 crooked vertebra and will be undergoing surgery soon: what types of exercises will help rehab her spine? i have the probodX book and access to the ballistic ballwork, but which ones in particular will be most beneficial for her to do? also, would FF be important for her to do, or should she skip that?

Thank You

ok thank you for your input

Re: Exercises that target spinal stabilization

i would recommend any of the bridge series of workouts. Just having her stabilize herself with her upper body on the ball and the legs on the ground are going to be good for her to build up her isometric strength of the spine.

I am not a doctor but i would first check with her doctor before starting any sort of rehab. But once she is clear these would be a good place to build up the muscles of her back.
