Ham/Glute extension power

what types of exercises do you recommend to specifically improve this? i got a couple of kettlebells and do swing variations (which target the glutes, hams, and core stability), but the motions seem a little confined, even when i end on my toes.
thanks

Back raises:
ok for the back raises something i made you will lay on the ball as if you were going to do V-ups same set up with hands and arms in front body draping off the ball drive your hands into the ground and roll your body up the ball until the legs are elevated into the air like a hand stand keep the legs together and pull yourself forward on the ball back to starting position and repeat until you lose form
the axel kick:
I'll upload a video for this one i can't really explain it because it's not quite finished
but I was talking about the ones on this website not on Bj Penn's go to work outs and look at users all the ones with y user name beside them are the ones i made they should be what your looking for
Re: Ham/Glute extension power
thanks. i saw you mention these two in another topic and figured i ask. haven't been to bj's site, but i'll check it out...
Re: Ham/Glute extension power
well two of the three yes one specifically focusing on on the hamstrings and glutes and spine for explosion and the other on the hip and hip abductors but yes the ones i posted try them out
Re: Ham/Glute extension power
ok i will, mahalo for posting them. do you do them in circuits? to failure just once? can you also elaborate on how do to SSL back raises and axle kicks? both sound interesting...
Re: Ham/Glute extension power
i have work out focusing on these very aspects or muscle groups as fare as the glutes hamstrings and hip abductors and core stability
Re: Ham/Glute extension power
you mean the workouts you posted, right?
