So I got a new gym membership and my gym has this. Im so pumped, I will be doing this mixed in with SSL DVD's. I cant wait until I recover 100% from leg surgery and be able to go full go and get back to the MMA Gym!!
-Oh yea, I highly recommend this product...especially if your looking to mix things up a little bit. Brandon Vera, Drew Brees are such athletes that use this....IM PUMPED!!!

Re: RTX
Sounds like you're set. I will say that the quality of the JG is top notch and comes with a lifetime warranty. You can get a JG2 which is even burlier. The TRX is heavier but no better made. I've used both.
Have fun training!
Re: RTX
I'm glad my Gym has the TRX though....or else I would have to purchase the Jungle Gym. The Jungle Gym would be a better option because its freaking cheap, but its not as high quality compared to TRX. Basically, the same thing though...Im just thankful my gym has it. I dont want to spend another $200.
Re: RTX
Count me in as a JG fan. I've been using one for years. They have a new version with improved foot straps coming out very soon as well. You can use the TRX at your club but buy the JG for home, the park, travel, etc.
Re: RTX
I prefer the Jungle Gym. It is functional and a LOT less expensive. The split version is more versatile, as Kyle said.
Re: RTX
There's also LifelineUSA.com's Jungle Gym. can be hung anywhere (doors, trees) too, and has a set that come separated instead of together like TRX. This allows for doing things at different angles; it's been working great
Re: RTX
TRX, im dumb.
