Best method for concentric and excentric exercices ?

Hi,
In SSL methodology, in muscular strength or/and restorative trainings, what is the best method for the exercices with concentric and excentric portions ? For example, if I do squats (without weight) on a wobble board, what is the best : several series of several repetitions ? One serie until I lose form ? One minuted serie ? Other way ? Or it's no important ?

So it's better to do, for example, one set of 30 reps without rest than 3 sets of 10 reps with 1 or 2 minutes rest ? Is it the best method to develop explosiveness ?

So, what do you think about this work out I do 1-2 per week ?

20 X 3 scissors (1 min. rest between sets)
10 X 3 v-up (1 min. rest between sets)
6 x 3 "one leg" v-up (like Kelly Cram do in your testimonials section) (1 min. rest time between sets)

2-3 min. rest

5 min. on a wobble board with a big basketball (pass, handling...)
2 min. 30 one foot on wobble board with big basketball
2 min. 30 the other foot on wobble board with big basketball

2-3 min. rest

3 x 10 squats on wobble board off the toe (1 min. rest time between sets)
3 x 10 one leg squats on wobble board off the toe, the other foot on swiss ball (1 min. rest time bet. sets)
3 x 5 vertical jumps (30 sec rest time between sets)
