Jumpsoles

Hi,
Athletes do, with Marv Marinovich, FFW exercices but with Jumpsoles with Proprioceptors.
But what do you think about Jumpsoles with or without proprioceptors strength and plyometric programs ? Good or bad things ?

Hi, T Yes, the technique is the key. But this product can help a lot. One of the main point of SSL method is to move "with instability". And we can do that with Jumpsoles + Prioprioceptor. Ok, we don't need Jumpsoles + Prioprioceptor for some exercices. For example, we can do squat or lunge on balance disc on the toe. But without Jumpsoles + Prioprioceptors, how can we do for example "jump with instability" exercices ? I think we don't. Imagine someone to jump from a balance disc to another balance disc on his toe. Too hard.

hey joe,

when i was a sophomore going into my junior year of highschool i decided to try and use jumpsoles. Pretty soon i could see the difference with my jumping ability however it came with a price. During my summer camp for football i broke both of my feet. One broke because it got stepped on and the other one broke when i was running on it. I missed 6 games that season due to the injuries when i went to the doctors they told me my foot looked like i had tiny stress fractures all over the place and the only thing i could think of was the jumpsoles! be careful

Thanks, T I'd like to move

I'd like to move to your plyometric program. But I live in France, and you don't sell your DVDs in this country. Very, very, very frustrating...
