Noticed you have the training necker available in the store. I've seen several videos of your athletes utilizing the necker and was wondering what exercises it is appropriate for and how it enhances those exercises.
i just purchased the necker and from watching the video it looks like the bell actually hangs from the elastic cord but when i got the necker there is a different rope hanging from the elastic cord is this where the bell goes? i just tied the bell onto the second rope was this correct?

Thanks for the info. It sounds like it is mostly utilized for balance related exercises (correct me if I'm wrong).
