Is there a specific warm-up you advise for your athletes?

Thanks for the info. I'm not seeing the jump rope DVD online? Also, as you mentioned there are others that could go into more detail--that would be great.

Not a problem--I know how difficult it is to drink from a fire hose. Is the DVD a warm-up or is it more of a workout in itself?
