Take our Proprietary Evaluation

This is a good time to get a gauge on some of your weaknesses so you can work to correct them. Elite Members have free access to our 6-point athletic evaluation, which targets some of the most important & most overlooked body parts. If you want more than this, visit a certified trainer to run through our proprietary 23-point full evaluation.

Level 2: Foundational Training

Step 1

Get a set of Instability Disks

The perfect introduction to Sport Science Lab's advanced training techniques.

When you're ready, graduate to our Foundational Framework and use the slantboard and pipes to help build your athletic foundation.

Step 2

Begin the Ballistic Ball Workout

Complete your foundation by combining advanced gym ball exercises with the Foundational Footwork The BBW begins the process of optimal flexibility as well as improving speed-strength and proprioception and features our unique Dynamic Training Bells, like nothing you've used before.
