High School Athlete
The modern high school athlete faces a much more difficult schedule than my generation did. The competition athletically and academically has forced athletes to specialize as soon as possible in order to not fall behind skill wise.
Athleticism has long been thought to be purely a genetic trait which is patently false. Like learning to play a piano or operate a computer it is purely a neurological process. Yes some learn quicker than others but there is no question that the ability to run, jump, move laterally, throw or hit, is a learned behavior that with the correct neurological patterning shows improvement quickly.
SSL has trained literally thousands of high school athletes in the 11 years that I have had this business open. I have been involved in coaching for over 20 years in one way or another and in sports since I was 4 years old. I have been exposed to every training system known to man and the methods used here all come from known sport science research. The sports performance business, because there is no regulatory governing body is littered with trainers that have no background in human anatomy, kinesiology, or exercise science and are able to gain certification through the NSCA or some other private non scientific organization.
To give your high school athlete an edge, you have to start with their skill sets both in their sport and athletically. SSL has proven that the methods used here do exactly that.
