Gavin's Response to Mike Boyle's Squats Article on Youtube
Gavin gives his take on Mike Boyle's article on squats.
"When you do any type of squat you have to load the heel just to withstand the weight pressure. If you roll your knee too far forward you'll blow out your patellar tendon. Now once you've loaded the heel you're engaging a central nervous system pattern that is different than you engage when you run or you jump. When you run or you jump you load all your power into the ball of your foot."
