Introducing the Performance Challenge
Sport Science Lab is proud to announce the Performance Challenge.
Posted every Monday, Wednesday and Friday the challenge features a single exercise and a constraint (ie: do as many x as you can in y minutes).
Come back every M,W,F to take the challenge and share your result. After entering your result you can compare it to the results of everyone who competes. So take the challenge and have some fun!
The first performance challenge is Two Footed Squats.
