The concept of the online membership section is to develop SPORTS SPECIFIC TRAINING zones for each sport so that any athlete or parent can understand what is going to be needed in order to have the best chance for successs. Each of these training zones will constantly evolve as I am able to perfect each one of them and new informaton becomes available. The competition in today's sports at any level requires training specifically for that sport and also maximizing one's athletic ability. Long distance runners have far different needs than do NFL lineman.

Research Library

The Research Library contains published literature on sports performance, nutrition and human biomechanics. 

Biomechanics

The section on Biomechanics reveals that there is a Universal Law of Human Biomechanics that has never been seen before. It details how all human movement in sports is essentially the same and that if one understands the human anatomy and the importance of joint angles then the commonality can be seen. DaVinci proved that the human body had geometric proprotion to it therefore it must work at specific joint angles in order to produce maximal speed or power from any limb. 

Nutrition

The Nutrition section provides science based information on what you will need to eat in order to not only stay healthy but also maximize your athletic performance. It challenges you to question many of the current fads such as the fish oil industry to produce the scientific research to support their claims. 

Suggested Reading

The Suggested Reading section is intended to provide athletes and parents alike real information on what it will take to achieve success at any level of competition in sports. There are so many variables that influence athletes, understanding what they are is an advantage over your competition. 

Forum

The membership section also offers a private Forum which is intended to promote discussion regarding exercise science research, conventional training vs SSL training, nutrition, human biomechanics, current sports topics, and anything else relevant to Building The Perfect Athlete. 

Athlete Evaluation

The Athlete Evaluation section decribes the importance of determining the training priorities for each individual based on their test scores of flexibility, joint mobility, muscle strength and balance, and biomechanics versus those test results of elite athletes. Without a comparable standard of what good is it is impossible to know where to even start in terms of improving sports performance. 

The information contained in the membership section will constantly be evolving and some sections are still under construction.
