On-Site Training
Sport Science Lab is located in San Juan Capistrano, California on the campus of JSerra Catholic High School. The $50 million athletic complex is state of the art and rivals any collegiate athletic facility.
SSL offers training programs for athletes of any sport and any caliber with the single goal of improving performance. Improving general fitness is also available for those who wish to train like athletes do.
The Neuromuscular Intensification System is unique to SSL and has it's roots in all known sport science research from around the world, with specific attention being given to the extraordinary work done by Yuri Verkoshansky.
By having a firm understanding of the human body and how it works in sports, customized equipment has been designed and manufactured to enhance the body and improve it's movement capabilities, not break it down.
