The premise of this website originally started with the intention of providing an alternative for the conventional weight training world which falls woefully short in providing the necessary abilities to compete in sports at any level. It has evolved into an ever expanding intellectual resource base for all things that affect athleticism such as nutrition, biomechanics, rhythm, timing, coordination, balance, power, all types of strength, mental abilities, and of course movement.
SSl University will never stop growing and evolving as all is not known in the sports performance arena and as new information comes available it will be analyzed as to it's relevance to improving sports performance, health and injury prevention.
