The Foundational Footwork program has single handedly transformed our Chiropractic/Physical Therapy Clinic. I can't tell you how many patients we have with fallen arches, Plantar fasciitis, poor ankle mobility etc. The exercises have awakened our patients proprioceptors, improved their kinesthetic awareness, relieved their pain and weaknesses and strengthened the foundation for all their postural and movement demands.
