In order help you achieve what you never thought possible we fix your weakest links. Maybe your legs generate enormous power, but your hips have never been trained properly. All that power (energy) then stops at your hips, so your hips are limiting your speed...or your vert...or rotational power. Make sense?   • Foundational Footwork: We start from the ground up, focusing on your feet & ankles to build strength, optimal (not optimum) flexibility, agility
  • Nervous System: It's all about speed of contraction. The best athlete is the one who can put their muscles on stretch the fastest.
  • Accelerating Isokinetics
  • Throw-Offs: The Russians were the first to discover the power of throw-offs.
  • Running Mechanics: We re-train you how to run.
  • Power Aquatics: Water is the perfect plyometric environment. You get all the benefits of plyometrics without the dangers. You may have heard of or seen other workouts in the water. But, you've never experienced this level of Aquatic Training.
