Welcome to our training library. It is broken into three main types of items: Exercises, Workouts and Routines.

  • Exercises are just what they sound like: a single exercise that you can do at home, at the gym, in the pool, or on the field.
  • Workouts are compilations of exercises which are strung together into a sequence, and typically are designed with a goal or target in mind.
  • Routines are compiled from exercises and workouts, and can be thought of as a training schedule. Routines are as comprehensive as the author wishes, but most are either one week or two week routines.
